Lindsay Richards (Guest Teacher) is a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) offering Happy Talk classes for babies and toddlers. She is the proud Mother of three and a former Musikgarten Mama who is passionate about helping families create meaningful, language-rich days without the added stress or pressure. As a fellow caregiver, she knows how heavy the daily load can feel, and it is her mission to support and empower families in ways that feel light, doable, and guilt-free.
Lizbeth Fernandez (Guest Teacher) originally from Orlando, has embarked on her yoga journey and training at Warrior One Yoga Studios, where she achieved her initial 500 hours. She has completed a master's class in Yoga for ALL Bodies and began her teaching career with yin yoga and vinyasa flow. Her passion for power yoga led her to train and graduate as a Level One Certified Baptiste Power Yoga Instructor. In 2023, Lizbeth discovered her new passion for teaching children's yoga and subsequently became certified, founding Little Lions Yoga in 2024. Lizbeth has introduced her yoga programs to various schools in Orange and Seminole counties, catering to children aged 2 and up. She has conducted summer camp programs at private and public schools, yoga studios, and pop-up locations. Additionally, she has developed and implemented training programs for teachers to incorporate yoga within their own schools. Her mission is to share yoga with as many children as possible, aiming to positively impact their development into well-rounded individuals who can influence the world positively. Moreover, Lizbeth has completed her Forestry training under the esteemed Ricardo Sierra and is deeply passionate about the environment, which informs her creation of nature-themed yoga classes. Her yoga sessions often integrate nature projects and musical instruments, reflecting her diverse interests. Her core motivation stems from her son, Andrew.
